Saturatory Declaration under the RTI act 2005

Section 4 (1) (b) of RTI Act 2005 covefs the statutory declaration of Mr. Ramesh Kumar Behera, A.P. S. College, Roth, Balangir.

Our college is approved by UGC, recognized by Govt. of Odisha, DHE and Affiliated to Sambalpur University. The college has a Goveming Body and College Development Committee as per the provisions of the Odisha Public Universities Act 2016. It runs as per the rules and regulations made by Govt. from time to time.

The College comes under "Grant-in-Aid" category; therelore fir.rancial transactions are audited by the private auditors. The college has dilferent Bodies to maintain all types of discipline in the in the campus. All the cells or committees ofthe institutions are under Statutory Bodies. The applications under the RTI Act along with a postal order/demand draft for Rs. 10.00 obtained in favor of Principal, Mr Ramesh Kumar Behera A.P.S. College. Examinations and Physical classes (theory as well as practical) shall be suspended with effect from 19.04.2021 (Monday). Revised examination schedule shall be communicated later on after consulting with Vice Chancellors and Principals. 2. Hostels shall be closed down and the boarders shall be asked to vacate the Hostels by 19.04.2021. 3. Classes shall be held in on-line mode to complete the syllabus in time. 4. All HEls shall function with 50% strength of teaching and non-teaching employees w.e.f. 19.04.2021.
